Our clients seek a Territory Manager to develop LCV & HGV finance business across a large sales area covering North West, Midlands, Wales & South West.
Your objectives will be to build on the excellent relationships that already exist with LCV & HGV dealers on the area further growing finance penetration levels, driving up engagement & assisting dealers with structuring & closing larger and or more complex transactions.
You will be expected to develop & implement strategic plans with dealers & to manage the territory in an efficient way given its size.
Key Skills:
- Preferred person will have a number of years experience in the dealer driven HGV and ideally also LCV finance sector, perhaps having worked for a captive or a bank owned asset financier with a strong focus on the transportation finance sector or possibly a major lease brokerage.
- You will have a demonstrable record of sustained success and have a good understanding & have sold a wide range of finance products, Finance Lease, HP & Operating Lease, rather than just HP.
- Knowledge of selling value added insurance products such as, breakdown, GAP, key man would be very desirable.
- You will have a good understanding of the tripartite relationship that exists when transacting dealer driven business & possess a mind set & approach that recognizes the funder ? customer ? dealer relationships.
- You will have well developed IT skills (MS office suite), be articulate, numerate & have good presentation, negotiation & sales skills.
Ideal location is the Midlands but our client will consider strong candidates located on other parts of the area.
Package
Base salary range is to up to ?50,000, dependent on experience with a performance bonus of either 20% or 25% of base salary dependent on the level the position is hired. All usual benefits are provided including a quality company car, life & health cover.
